Consultancy is a knowledge based profession and relies to a large extent on the expertise and the knowledge of its core team of consultants, who are basically knowledge workers. HIMCON has built up a strong team of qualified and experienced professionals, who continually strive to excel in their fields.

b) Asset Valuation for Financial Institutions, Banks as well as for
Government departments and undertakings.

c) Rehabilitation of sick units for Financial Institutions and Banks.

d) Techno economic and socio economic studies for small and big
projects for National as well as for International agencies.

e) Micro enterprise development and rural industries programmes.

f) Consultancy support services to financial institutions for the
recovery of non performing assets under the securitization act,2002(SARFAESI Act 2002.

4. During the financial year 2004-05, HIMCON was able to get prestigious United Nations (FAO) study assignment on Food Insecurity and Vulnerability Information and apping Systems" for Himachal Pradesh.

5. Presently HIMCON is implementing special skill development project under “SGSY”.This project is jointly funded by Govt of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.Under this project 1700 youth belonging to BPL families will be provided on the job skill training in industries and the trainees will get employment in the industries on completion of the training.
