Construction & Execution of Infrastructure Projects

HIMCON is empanelled with Municipal Corporation Gurugram, Haryana for construction activities and execution of World class development, beautification & maintenance of Greenbelt from Rajiv Chowk to 32 Milestone of Sector 15 Part-I and Part-II of Gurugram including Golf course, Rose Garden, Tennis Court, Citizen park, Nursery and all other facilities/ amenities.

HIMCON is also engaged in construction activities and execution of infrastructure projects in Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation (HPSCSC) has allotted construction of its godowns to HIMCON. The details of construction projects of HIMCON are as under:-

Entrepreneurship has been considered the backbone of economic development, it has been well established that the level of economic growth of a region to a large extent, depends on the level of entrepreneurial activities in the state. The myth that entrepreneurs are born, no more holds good, rather, it is well recognized now that the entrepreneurs can be created and nurtured through appropriate interventions in the form of Entrepreneurship Development Programs in the state.” HIMCON on behalf of following department/organisation provide Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP).

Tourism related Skill Training

Tourism plays vital and important role in the context of facilitating various employable skills connecting tourism and hospitality sectors for the purpose of job employment and self-employment in Himachal Pradesh. With this objective in view, HIMCON in this sectors also facilitating its services by way of skill training on behalf of Department of Civil Aviation & Tourism, Govt. of H.P.
HIMCON also prepare Studies, Feasibility study, DPR for various tourism related activities on selected location of Himachal Pradesh on behalf of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC).

 

Project & Management Consultancy

HIMCON is also offering its services in Project and Management Consultancy to our clients. Infrastructure Development Consultancy

Services of HIMOCN has been retained by the State Government Corporation (HPSIDC) to conduct and prepare infrastructure development plan in the area in which various industrial and commercial activities are proposed like State of Art, Industrial Area for the entrepreneurs/industrialists and business communities. The details of projects are as under:

1. Consultancy Services for overall planning of the infrastructure for Establishment of State of Art, Industrial Area at Pandoga, Tehsil Haroli, Distt. Una (H.P.).

2. Professional Consultancy in respect of Preparation of DPR for CETP under MIIUS for Development of New State of Art Industrial Areas under Green Field having Capacity of 7 MLD & 5 MLD at Kandrauri, Distt. Kangra and Pandoga Distt. Una     

HIMCON also offer services in Real Estate Management in development and construction of Commercial Activities and involved in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) & Techno Economic Projects Reports (TEFR) for Financial Assistance to its clients. 


Agriculture & Allied Sector Consultancy

HIMCON is a renowned consultancy organisation engaged in providing consultancy in Agriculture & Allied Sector. HIMCON keeping in view the potential of Agriculture, Horticulture and Food Processing Industries in Himachal Pradesh has initiated to provide its consultancy services in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry & Fisheries to new and existing agripreneurs to help them in their project area and maximize their revenue by upgrading their skills through capacity building, exposure visits in various agriculture and allied activities to support them in strengthening production, improving processing techniques, cold storage, marketing survey etc.

BIO-TOILET Installation under Swachh Bharat Mission

The Bio-toilets developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) would bring about “a revolution” in rural & urban areas and the Government of India has set its sights on ending open defecation in the country. These affordable toilets would usher in revolutionary change in people’s lives.

HIMCON initiated installation of Bio-Toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission in Himachal Pradesh and joins hand with Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and Block Development Offices throughout Himachal Pradesh to install Bio-Toilet at various location of the state. HIMCON has installed bio-toilets on behalf of following department/organisation.

    • District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), GoHP – Kinnaur, Solan, Shimla, Kullu and Kangra

Implementation of SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit Scholarship since 2012

SJVN Limited has adopted its Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) Policy to make meaningful contribution towards sustainable socio-economic development of communities through various programs. In this endeavour SJVN has introduced “SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit scholarship Scheme” in FY 2012 which aims at inculcating competitive spirit amongst students and to nurture their academic talent.

HIMCON is very thankful to SJVN Limited for selected HIMCON as an implementing agency for SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit Scholarship Scheme. Since inception of this scholarship scheme HIMCON has successfully implemented the SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit scholarship Scheme in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Arunanchal Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
After scrutiny the student selected under SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit scholarship Scheme was awarded scholarship of Rs. 2,000/- per month i.e. Rs. 24,000/- per year for pursuing regular course for the whole duration of next higher course after class 12th like B. Tech, B. Com, B.A., LLB/CA/CS etc.
